Browning the game to Meta/Oculus VR devices required an impressive amount of narrow optimizations, with the condition of keeping the visual part of the game unchanged. This kind of optimization brought us a lot of dealing with multiple performance spikes all over the game: VFX, sounds, render PSO, etc. Passing the Meta certification was also a specific challenge due to the nature of booking slots with Meta, but the team did it all in advance.
