What types of testing do you cover?
We cover functionality, compatibility, performance, regression, and localization testing, as well as certification compliance across consoles, PC, mobile, and VR.
Do you use real devices or emulators?
We test on official console devkits and real hardware. Emulators can’t catch platform-specific issues or cert blockers.
Do you automate testing?
Yes, we use automated regression tests to accelerate coverage. But manual QA remains critical for in-depth gameplay and cert-level checks.
How do you communicate bugs and risks to our team?
Via integrated tools (like Jira or TestRail). Every bug includes reproduction steps, severity, and impact context, so devs can act fast. No back-and-forth needed.
Can you help with the certification submission?
Absolutely. We handle compliance across all major platforms, from TRC/TCR and Lotcheck on consoles to App Store, Google Play, and PC storefront requirements. With a 99% first-time pass rate, we help clients avoid resubmissions and costly delays.
When should we bring you into the project?
The earlier, the better, but we can jump in at any stage. If you involve us during production, we prevent QA debt from piling up and start building a regression baseline. If you bring us in near beta, we focus on stability, performance, and platform compliance so the build is release-ready. For “we’re launching soon” cases, we prioritize cert blockers and high-severity gameplay issues first.
How quickly can you start and what do you need from us?
We can usually start after a short kickoff. To move fast, we’ll ask for the latest build, target platforms, a list of known issues, and access to your tracking tools (or we can recommend a setup). If you have design notes or platform-specific requirements already mapped, share them as it will help us align testing with real player paths and certification expectations from day one.
Do you test multiplayer and online features?
Yes. We validate matchmaking flows, party systems, cross-platform sessions (when applicable), reconnect behavior, and the ugly edge cases like host migration, flaky networks, and version mismatches. We don’t just check “it connects”, but whether it stays stable under real usage patterns, and we report issues with clear steps, severity, and impact so your engineers can fix them without guesswork.
Can you help with performance issues like FPS drops and crashes?
Of course! We run performance and stability testing focused on frame rate consistency, loading times, memory behavior, and crash reproduction. We’ll flag patterns (where drops happen, which maps, which effects, which devices) and provide actionable context for your team. We’re not replacing your engineers’ profiling work. We’re giving them high-signal, reproducible findings that shorten the path to a stable build.
What does your reporting and communication look like?
We plug into your workflow and keep it simple. Bugs are logged in tools like Jira or TestRail with reproduction steps, severity, and screenshots/video when helpful. Alongside bug tickets, we share regular status updates: what we tested, what’s blocked, and what risks could threaten release dates. The goal is to make decisions easy and not bury your team in noise.
Can you support us during crunch and hotfix cycles?
Absolutely. During tight timelines, we shift to rapid regression and release gates: validate fixes, re-test affected areas, and confirm no new issues were introduced. We can run focused smoke tests across platforms, verify certification-critical requirements, and keep the build moving toward submission. This is also where an external QA partner helps: your dev team stays on fixes while we own validation.
Do you provide post-launch testing for updates, DLC, and live ops?
Yes. We test patches, seasonal updates, DLC drops, and platform updates that can break previously stable systems. We also keep regression suites up to date, so every new release doesn’t reopen old issues. If you ship often, ongoing testing is usually the easiest way to protect ratings, retention, and your roadmap.
How do you scope testing and estimate effort?
We scope based on platforms, game modes, content volume, and how often you ship new builds. After a quick audit, we propose a testing plan (coverage areas, devices/devkits, cadence, and reporting) that matches your release timeline. If scope changes — new platforms, new features, tighter deadlines — we adjust the plan transparently so you always know what’s being tested and why.
We‘ll gladly discuss your brand, business goals, and tasks. After submitting the form, we will contact you within 24 hours.
