Corporate Psychologist

Pingle Studio is looking for kind and skillful Corporal Psychologist to help us maintain mental health of our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Developing a strategy and implementing mental health consultation;
• Developing relationships with the team and implementing individual consultations;
• Hosting individual sessions with leads and employees regarding declining the stress level and avoiding professional burnouts;
• Providing HR team with recommendations on how to increase the mental comfort of the employees and how to avoid burnouts;
• Consulting and assisting people in challenging or critical life conditions;
• Helping the company to spread awareness about the importance of strong mental health;
• Assistance in solving conflicts and stressful situations inside the company.

Requirements:

• Relevant education;
• 3+ years of experience;
• Experience of implementing professional training for avoiding burnouts, improving motivation, and making progress in personal growth;
• Deep knowledge in mental consulting and psychotherapy (group and individual);
• Responsibility, individuality, interest to your profession and desire to grow, positive approach.

Will be an advantage:
