Pingle Studio is looking for a talented IT recruiter, familiar with game development, to join our team.

Required skills:

• 1+ years of experience in game development or IT 
• Knowledge and skills of various personnel selection tools, interviewing, and search channels
• Understanding of the software development process
• Being result-oriented and deadline-friendly
• High communicative skills, systematic approach to work, ability to operate with big amounts of data
• English Intermediate +
• Knowing how to build and keep relationships with candidates

Main responsibilities:

• Active candidate search with various channels and tools
• Supporting the full cycle of the hiring process, from vacancy compiling to performing all the stages of selection and creating an offer
• Managing the inbound candidate database
• Working with job sites,  social networks, specialized forums, and market analysis
• Reporting the candidate selection process
