Lead Researcher

Pingle Studio is looking for a talented Lead Researcher to join our team.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in IT-sourcing (preferable Game Development or Outsourcing)
• 1.5+ years of experience as a Lead Sourcer/Researcher
• Experience in managing research teams
• Being able to analyze the sourcing team work results and develop the ways to improve them
• High communicative skills
• Knowledge and experience in working with various search channels: LinkedIn, Djinni, StackOverflow,X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, social media, etc.
• Desire to share the experience with the team

Main responsibilities:

• Active assistance for the research team in a candidate search for various positions with various channels and tools
• Preliminary evaluation of candidates and providing them to the recruiter
• Assigning the tasks, according to companies business goals and evaluating the results
• Team work analysis and problem solving
• Organizing the regular educational events for research team skill improvement
